The larger of the two lakes in the Crabapple Lake section of the community is the private property of the Crabapple Lake Parc Community Association, Inc. Property Owner's Association.
There is no general access for homeowners to the lake and dam across the spillway. Access to the lake and dam area across the spillway is limited to the Association for the purpose of maintaining the lake and dam area.
Lake lot owners may access this lake from their property. Fishing and non-motorized boating are the only permitted uses of this lake.
There is also a smaller lake behind the homes on Crabapple Lake Drive nearest the community's playground that is private property, belonging only to the homeowners whose properties extend into this lake.
Access to the smaller lake is limited to only those homeowners whose properties extend into the lake. Only these homeowners are allowed to fish in this lake.
